The LAP-BLACK project is harnessing this momentum to build a climate-resilient Black Sea Region. Just as today gives us the most light, we are working to create a brighter future by empowering local authorities and communities to take action against climate change.
Through developing Local Adaptation Plans and fostering collaboration, we are turning this day of light into a symbol of hope and collective action for our environment.
