Students cleaned the shore of Lake Sapanca

The second day of the festival, Friday 23 October 2026, took place on the shore of Lake Sapanca. One hundred fourth-grade students from schools chosen by the Sakarya Directorate of National Education cleaned the shoreline under the title “A clean future starts today.”

At the close of the two days, banners also read “Leave your mark, not your rubbish”, “Less waste, more life” and “Protecting nature is in our hands.” Students received certificates of participation.
